Scheduled an appointment to get my wiring harness fixed under warranty and an interior cleaning done. Dropped the truck off the night before and told the gentleman at the desk that it needed the harness replaced and interior detailing. He acknowledged the two and I left the keys. Picked it up after I left it all day and they only did the harness. I asked if the interior had been done and they apologized and said they forgot to put it in the system. I am extremely disappointed that I made arrangements to drop off a vehicle and figured out rides to get to and from work and take kids to and from school just to pick up the truck after a day and half and they “forgot” to do it. They didn’t offer to reschedule the appointment for a discount or for free. I won’t be using Sundance anymore for service.
